We go with a speedboat which takes only aboout 20 minutes to our first destination, while the entire tour lasts up to 5 hours max. On the boat you have free snorkeling equipment and safety gear, while during the tour you have plenty of time to enjoy in each place, whether you prefer swimming, snorkeling, sunbathing or sightseeing. 

Considering the tour isn't too long nor difficult, you have plenty of time left to participate or arrange other activities for the remaining part of your day. On top of that, it is allowed max 12 passengers on each speedboat so it is a more of a private experience, not a big boat with lots of people.

1) Trogir - UNESCO Heritage Site

First stop of the morning Blue Lagoon Tour from Split is town of Trogir. Trogir is small charming town under protection of UNESCO. It is fronted by a wide seaside promenade lined with bars, cafes and yachts in the summer.

In the city centre, different periods and styles of architecture intertwine which can be seen on the fortresses, churches and palaces, thanks to its rich and diverse history.

Trogir is also called, a small Venice. Not just because of the Venetian influence but also due to narrow streets, the main square as well as bridges and channels which surround this old city.

2) Blue Lagoon at Drvenik Veli

Our second destination is highlight of the tour. It is secluded lagoon surrounded by two small islands (Krknjaši) and Drvenik Veli. Surrounding islands, shallow sandy sea bed and crystal clear water provide picturesque location, perfect for swimming, snorkeling and sunbathing.

That being said, we dock at the pier on the island. From here you can go to a restaurant on the island, relax in a shade of pine trees, swim in turquoise lagoon or take the masks from the boat and go snorkeling.

Simply put it, you will love this place.

3) Čiovo & Šolta Islands

You might wonder why are there 2 islands for one location? Answer is simple, because we stop on different locations depending on the time of the season and weather conditions of that day. More preciesly, there are three different locations for our thrid stop which includes Laganini or Borko beach bar on the island of Čiovo and Maslinica town or Shipwreck bay on Šolta island.

Laganini and Borko Beach Bars are great places for relaxing in the shade and enjoying the view, while drinking a cocktail. Laid back atmosphere of these place and the way it is arranged, combined with great service is the thing that sets it apart from the rest.

You can also go swimming and snorkeling at the beach or jumping from the pier. The unique atmosphere of this place fits perfectly in the overall feel of Blue Lagoon Tour.

At the beginning and the end of the season, which is first half of May and  second part of September, we stop at charming town of Maslinica because beach bars on Čiovo island are usually closed at this time of summer and people prefer to explore an old town instead of spending too much time at the beach at this time of the season.

Shipwreck bay is the best for July and August when the sea is the warmest. However, you need to jump or enter the sea by ladder at the boat's stern since there is no place to dock in the Shipwreck bay. That being said, you can snorkel above or to the shipwreck since it is located only few meters under the surface.
